30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at kneeevo@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that:

Are not in their original condition or packaging
Gift cards and personalized items are also non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
